We collect what you type into start, audit, onboard, and unsubscribe forms: name, shop, email, phone, city, trade, hours, and the funnel fields that arrived with the link (UTMs, competitor names you already had).

We use that to set up your plan, send CASL-compliant mail, and — once live systems exist — to configure phone forwarding and Google invites. Those live APIs are not connected yet.

We do not sell lists. We do not use your customers’ numbers to market unrelated businesses. Inbound follow-up is only to people who contacted you.

Canada: we treat this as PIPEDA-style personal information. You can ask what we hold and ask us to delete it, subject to invoices and legal holds. Unsubscribe is always at /unsub.

Processors we may use later: Stripe (payments), email/SMS vendors, hosting. We will name them in this page when they go live.
